Eligibility and Accounts

You may browse public content without an account. Certain features may require a free account. You must provide a valid email address, protect your password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abuse, use automated account creation, or attempt to bypass account, voting, alert, security, or usage controls.

Account Features

Account features may include preferences, watchlists, alerts, notification settings, saved layouts, and synchronization between the website and future mobile apps. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued. Alerts and notifications are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or delivered on time.

Aggregate Activity and Service Improvement

Subject to the Privacy Policy, Public Sentiment Dash may maintain privacy-safe aggregate counts of page views, sessions, navigation, feature use, form names, and instrument-vote direction. Reports may also use an Eastern Time hour bucket, broad member-or-guest classification, coarse region group inferred from the browser time zone, device class, and broad traffic-source category.

Names, email addresses, readable account IDs, passwords, exact locations, raw time zones, exact visit timestamps, typed text, watchlist contents, alert contents, contact messages, and voting identifiers are not stored in those aggregate activity rows. Aggregate activity is intended to be retained for no more than a rolling 12-month period.

Acceptable Use

You may use the service for lawful personal, informational, and educational purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with, overload, damage, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or its providers.
• Manipulate voting, alerts, analytics, advertising, accounts, or usage measurements.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools in a manner that burdens the service or copies substantial original content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, circumvent security or access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully.
• Misrepresent Public Sentiment Dash content as personalized advice or guaranteed market information.

No Financial Advice

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing is financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset. You are solely responsible for your own research, decisions, risk management, and losses.

Market Data, Sentiment, Alerts, and AI-Assisted Content

The service may display public news, sentiment, voting, technical direction, market data, calculated ratings, alerts, and AI-assisted organization or summaries. Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, misclassified, unavailable, or changed without notice. Past information and sentiment do not predict future results.

User Voting

Voting results are informational and may not represent the broader market or reliable forecasting. We may reject, combine, limit, or remove votes or accounts suspected of duplication, manipulation, abuse, or technical error.

Third-Party Services, Links, and Advertising

The service may rely on or link to third-party providers, articles, data sources, advertisements, platforms, and app stores. Public Sentiment Dash does not control or guarantee third-party content, availability, security, products, or privacy practices. Advertising does not constitute an endorsement.

Intellectual Property

Public Sentiment Dash’s original branding, design, layout, code, written material, organization, calculations, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, headlines, and linked materials belong to their respective owners.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, restrict features, remove abusive activity, or discontinue the service when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, provider requirements, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

Availability; No Warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, market outcome, or investment result, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PublicSentimentDash, LLC, together with its members, managers, employees, contractors, contributors, and service providers, will not be liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, missed alerts, missed opportunities, reliance damages, indirect or consequential damages, third-party conduct, data errors, or service interruptions arising from or related to use of the service.

Privacy

Use of personal information and usage metadata is described in the Privacy Policy. Privacy choices do not limit essential processing required for authentication, security, account preferences, requested alerts, or service operation.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service or these Terms. The updated date will be posted above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
